<h2>Who should be drinking Shakeology?</h2>
<p>Well in my opinion, everyone should. Look, we all have nutritional holes in our diets. For some of us it may be more like a nutritional Grand Canyon. Shakeology can help help fill these gaps better than any single product I have found. And I have looked. And if you are skeptical at all, then I challenge you to do the same. I do not think you will find any single supplement that has the ingridients of Shakeology, but if you do, please let me know. I would love to try it. Also, we live in a society that promotes an unhealthy lifestyle. It is really hard to find a restaurant that has a truely healthy menu. And cooking perfectly balanced meals takes more time then most of us have.</p>
<h2>Do I actually drink it myself?</h2>
<p>Yes I do. Daily. And I swear by it. I use it as meal replcement for lunch. A lot of people drink it for breakfast to kickstart their day. I prefer lunchtime because I am work and, like many of us, before Shakeology I tended to hit some fast food restaurant. This actually cost more than my Shakeology and made me feel lazy and sleepy afterwards. Also, I would end up craving more food, even if I wasn&#8217;t hungery. Shakeology leaves me feeling awake, alert and not craving a candy bar or something. But most importantly, I amfull. And like many people, I tended to eat way to much before. My personal favorite is Greenberry mixed with pineapple-banana-orange juice. No blender needed. But some people love the Chocolate blended with all sorts of stuff. When you order you will get a card of awesome, healthy recipes.</p>
<h2>What can you expect from Shakeology?</h2>
<p>Well that varies from person to person. But I can tell you that I feel much better drinking Shakeology. I have more energy, am more alert, and just in a better mood. I have also lost weight while drinking it. But I will be be completely honest on this point. I workout hard and watch my other food too. These probably also have a lot to do with it. You can&#8217;t expect to lose weight if you drink Shakeology then hit the pizza buffet! Don&#8217;t I wish. But, if you replace one meal a day with sahkeology then watch how much you eat the rest of the day you should also see dramatic weight loss.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You might think that to lose weight, you need to cut the fat out of your meals. After all, fat is higher in calories than protein and carbs, and low-fat diets have been popular since the Senate Nutrition Committee first recommended them in the late 1970s. But research shows that a moderate-fat diet (with about 35 percent of calories consumed coming from fat) will help you drop pounds permanently, feel full longer, and avoid bingeing. The trick is to eat the right kind of fat to increase satisfaction and boost weight loss. Here&#8217;s why it&#8217;s important to eat fat—and we offer five of the best fat sources to add to your diet.<br />

<span style="color: #c19b00;"><strong>How eating fat will help you lose fat.</strong></span><br />
In 2008, researchers at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel found that people who followed low-fat diets lost less weight than people who followed low-carb or moderate-fat diets. The low-fat group lost an average of 6.5 pounds over 2 years, but the low-carb and moderate-fat groups lost about 10 pounds. Women did especially well on the moderate-fat diet, losing an average of 13 pounds during the study.</p>
<p>Fat is an important element in weight loss for several reasons:</p>
<ul>
<li>Fat helps your body control blood sugar and insulin spikes after eating carbohydrates. Better sugar metabolism means less fat storage.</li>
<li>Fat slows down digestion and aids nutrient absorption. You&#8217;ll stay fuller longer and get more health benefits from the food you eat.</li>
<li>Essential fatty acids (like omega-3s) may boost your metabolic rate and increase fat burning.</li>
<li>Fat tastes good. It also provides a &#8220;mouthfeel&#8221; that is satisfying, which can help you be happy with less food.</li>
</ul>
<p>Eating more fat may also help you stick to your diet longer. In a study conducted by Brigham and Women&#8217;s Hospital in Boston, participants got either 20 percent of their calories from fat or 35 percent of their calories from fat. After 6 months, both groups had lost weight. But after 18 months, only 20 percent of the people in the low-fat group were still following the diet, compared with 54 percent of the people in the moderate-fat group. Likewise, the subjects in the moderate-fat group had maintained their weight loss, while the low-fat group participants had gained most of the weight back.</p>
<p>If you reach for a box of low-fat or fat-free crackers or cookies because you want to lose weight, you may actually be sabotaging your diet. Manufacturers frequently replace fat with sugar in packaged food items to make them taste better. You think you&#8217;re making a good decision by eating fat-free products, but the excess sugar and refined flour can lead to fatigue, cravings, mood swings, and weight gain caused by the overproduction of insulin—the fat-storage hormone. As a snack, a sliced apple with some peanut butter or a salad with oil and vinegar dressing would be a better weight loss choice. The complex carbs and healthy fats will maintain your blood sugar levels, boost your energy, and keep you satisfied longer.</p>
<p>What kind of fat should you eat? To get lean, you need to eat the right kind of fat. Avoid saturated and trans fats (which are found in red meat, full-fat dairy products, and many packaged foods), and instead choose monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Here are some of the best sources of fat to help you reach your weight goal.</p>
<ol><img class="art alignright" src="http://4realfitnessonline.com/images/omega-3.jpg" alt="scale plate" /></p>
<li>Fish. Fish like salmon, albacore tuna, herring, mackerel, and sardines contains beneficial amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. Most experts agree that eating two servings of fatty fish per week is safe for people who are worried about mercury or other toxins. (Pregnant women should consult with their doctors about consuming fish.) If you don&#8217;t like fish, a quality supplement like Beachbody&#8217;s <a href="http://teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/CoreOmega3?referringRepId=45982">Core Omega-3™</a> will give you the benefits without the fishy taste.</li>
<li>Olive oil. Heart-healthy oils like olive, canola, and peanut oil are excellent sources of fat for dieters. They have also been shown to lower bad cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Moderation is important: You really only need about a teaspoon of oil to get all its benefits. Using more will add significant calories.</li>
<li>Avocados. Eat a spinach and carrot salad with a little avocado, and you&#8217;ll not only get a dose of good fat, but you&#8217;ll also absorb more phytonutrients like lutein and beta-carotene. Scientists at Ohio State University in Columbus found that more antioxidants were absorbed when people ate a salad containing avocados than when they ate a salad without this tasty fruit. One-quarter of an avocado will add flavor while only adding about 75 calories.</li>
<li>Nuts. Almonds, walnuts, pecans, and peanuts are powerhouses of good nutrition—full of antioxidants, minerals, and monounsaturated fat. The Nurses Health Study, where more than 86,000 nurses were followed for 14 years, found that those who ate nuts regularly (about an ounce per day) tended to weigh less than those who didn&#8217;t. The protein, fat, and fiber make nuts more filling, which helps dieters stay on track. Plus there&#8217;s a psychological bonus to eating nuts: Because they&#8217;re rich and satisfying, you probably won&#8217;t feel like you&#8217;re on a diet.</li>
<li>Flaxseeds. Packing the triple wallop of fat, protein, and fiber, flaxseeds are a delicious and healthful addition to any diet. You can grind them up and add them to oatmeal, yogurt, salads, or vegetables, or pretty much anywhere you want a nutty crunch. They&#8217;re a plant source of omega-3 fatty acids, making them a good choice for vegetarians or the aforementioned non-fish-loving folks. Ground flaxseeds also have 3 grams of fiber per tablespoon, which helps slow digestion and keep your blood sugar stable.</li>
</ol>
<p><span style="color: #c19b00;"><strong>Making room for fat.</strong></span></p>
<p>Certain fats might be considered necessary for health, but that&#8217;s not a cue to overindulge. At 9 calories per gram, fat is a more concentrated energy source than either protein or carbohydrates (each has 4 calories per gram). You need to be mindful of your overall caloric intake if you want to eat more fat and lose weight. But when you feel full and satisfied after eating the right kinds of fat, you&#8217;ll probably find it a bit easier to manage your calories.</p>

<p>Maybe you are just starting A new fitness program, maybe you are looking to take it to the next level or maybe you just thinking about getting into shape. Whatever the case may be, you may have questions or concerns. That is what I want to address. This actually is not just about <a href="http://4realfitnessonline.com/shop-beachbody/p90x">P90X</a>. This could also be about <a href="http://4realfitnessonline.com/turbo-fire-the-next-extreme-fitness-workout">Turbo Fire</a>, <a href="http://4realfitnessonline.com/shaun-t-insanity-workout-dvd">Insanity workout</a>, <a href=" http://4realfitnessonline.com/brazil-butt-lift">Brazil Butt Lift</a>, <a href="http://4realfitnessonline.com/chalean-extreme ">ChaLEAN Extreme</a>; or any of the other remarkable Beachbody workout programs. If you have specific questions about a program, just contact me and we can sort those out.</p>
<p>As for advice, the first thing I need to tell you is simply push play! I have talked to a lot of people who say they have this or that program but have not seen the results they wanted. I then ask if they follow the program and workout everyday they are supposed to. Every time I get the same response. “Well, Ummmm, I did for the first week. But then&#8230;&#8221;. OK, look owning the program absolutely will not get you fit. You actually have to do it. And yes, follow the diet as closely as you possibly can for maximum results. </p>
<p>Another piece of advice that I am constantly giving people is do not get discouraged. The results will come. It is OK if you can not do pull-ups or push ups. Who is going to know? Nobody! That is the beauty of doing this in your own home. When I got started I did 1 pull up. I am still not up to the 20 I want. But I am going to keep working until I get there and then try to go higher. You just have to stay positive and keep pushing yourself. Almost all of the workouts show you how to modify moves until you are able to do it like they do. It is a building thing, not instant gratification. </p>
<p>This brings us to another point. You did not get fat or out of shape in a day. It took a long time and it will take some time to get to where you want to be. Set small goals that will result in your end goal. Like, &#8220;I want to lose 5 pounds&#8221; or &#8220;I want to do 2 pull ups on my own&#8221;. You can&#8217;t focus on losing 50 or 100 pounds. You will most likely get discouraged and never get there. But by focusing on the smaller, intermediate step, you will see the positive gains you are making along the way. </p>

Well, the answer is&#8230; sort of. P90X is a 90 day, habit forming, lifestyle changing routine. Which is actually the beauty of the whole process. After you push through 90 days of working out and eating properly, you will have a whole new outlook. And a lot of those bad habits will replaced with new, healthier ones.<br />
One key point to keep in mind is that no matter how you go about losing weight and getting fit, you have to keep doing something. If you manage to lose all the weight you want to and then go back to to your old ways, then you will just regain all that weight and probably more. It is called yo-yo dieting and is probably worse for your body than just staying overweight. Even people who have surgery have to continue to eat tiny amounts of food for the rest of their lifes. If not, their stomach will stretch back out and then back comes all that weight.<br />
Now of course you don&#8217;t have to just keep doing P90X, but you do have to stay active. As a matter of fact, I highly recommend mixing it up a bit just to keep it interesting (and I think Tony Horton would agree with me). Once someone becomes bored with a routine, they tend to quit. So you need to have fun with your fitness. Just keep moving. Try running or jogging, hiking, roller skating, swimming or my favorites, kayaking, skiing or snorkeling. The possibilities are almost endless. You can even opt for another workout program like <a href="http://4realfitnessonline.com/shaun-t-insanity-workout-dvd">Insanity workout</a>, <a href="http://4realfitnessonline.com/turbo-fire-the-next-extreme-fitness-workout">Turbo Fire</a>, <a href=" http://4realfitnessonline.com/body-gospel">Body Gospel</a> or <a href=" http://4realfitnessonline.com/brazil-butt-lift">Brazil Butt Lift</a>. And of course, once you are ready, you can always come back to your old friend, P90X. It will still be there waiting for you to &#8220;Bring It&#8221; one more time.<br />
The key to remember is that if you are overweight or out of shape, you need to change your lifestyle and mindset. After 90 days of a set fitness and nutrition routine you will start to see a change in your habits. You should also begin to enjoy working out, eating healthier and just feeling better. This is about the time you will realize that a healthy lifestyle is what you had been missing along.</p>
